Trump charges FBI with ‘election interference’, calls for new election

After Mark Zuckerberg’s admission that the FBI interfered in the 2020 presidential election by pressuring Facebook to suppress reporting on information contained on the Hunter Biden laptop, former President Donald Trump said either the “rightful winner” should be declared or a new election should be held “immediately.”

Trump made the comments in a post to Truth Social on Monday.

In a Truth Social post on Saturday, following release of the heavily redacted search warrant affidavit on the raid of his Florida residence, Trump called on FBI agents to step forward and denounce the raid: “When are the great Agents, and others, in the FBI going to say ‘we aren’t going to take it anymore.”

Trump continued: “…much as they did when James Comey read off a list of all of Crooked Hillary Clinton’s crimes, only to say that no reasonable prosecutor would prosecute. The wonderful people of the FBI went absolutely ‘nuts,’ so Comey had to backtrack and do a FAKE INVESTIGATION in order to keep them at bay. The end result, we won in 2016 (and did MUCH better in 2020!). But now the ‘Left’ has lost their minds!!!”

The search warrant affidavit states that the 15 boxes which were seized by FBI agents contain “highly classified documents intermingled with other records,” and that National Defense Materials were amongst those classified documents. These documents were alleged to have been stored in an “unauthorized location” on the premises.

“It was determined through a review conducted by the FBI from May 16 to May 18 that ‘A preliminary triage of the documents with classification markings revealed the following approximate numbers: 184 unique documents bearing classification markings, including 67 documents marked as CONFIDENTIAL, 92 documents marked as SECRET, and 25 documents marked as TOP SECRET.’ ”

Fox News host Mark Levin noted on Sunday what other analysts have said, that Trump had the legal authority to access and declassify any documents from his presidency.
