Klos-C, which left Iran and was intercepted by the Israel Navy near Sudan, was carrying the M-302 rocket, also exported by Iran to Syria and Hizbullah.

“Each one of these rockets poses a threat to the safety of the citizens of Israel,” Israeli Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Benny Gantz said. “Each bullet and each rocket that was discovered had an Israeli address.”

In a statement on March 9, the military said it found 40 M-302 rockets, 181 122mm mortar shells and 400,000 rounds of 7.62 ammunition.

The inspection of Klos-C was said to have been conducted by the navy, Combat Engineering Corp and the Ordnance Corps.

The inspection of the ship took place in the southern port of Eilat. Klos-C had been escorted some 1,500 kilometers by two navy surface vessels and arrived in Eilat on late March 8.

“We have completed Operation Full Disclosure to prevent advanced Iranian
weapons from reaching terror organization in the Gaza Strip,” the military
said.
