One month after the horrific terrorist attacks in Paris took 130 lives, two incidents barely reported in the U.S. media, one in Paris and one in Geneva, signal new terrorism threats in the heart of Europe.

euroct1After the Nov. 13 Paris attacks, French law enforcement and security officials focused on identifying the suspects, tracking one of the terrorists who survived and escaped after the attacks and addressing how a jihadist terrorist cell could move prior to the attacks almost completely unimpeded around Europe.

French counterterror priorities are now beginning to focus on other issues.
