Libya has raised objections to Qatar's marketing of rebel-held oil production facilities to OPEC.

The state-owned Libyan National Oil Corp. cited the operation of such fields as Misla, Nafoura and Sarir, with a total production capacity of 400,000 barrels per day.

"This has been very unfortunate," NOC chairman Shukri Ghanem said.
