ANKARA — Officials said the government of Prime Minister Recep Erdogan has ordered a reorganization of the intelligence community that improved coordination with the military and other agencies. They said the reorganization was implemented by National Intelligence Organization director Hakan Fidan, an ally of Erdogan.
