A German press report Aug. 25 stated that Western intelligence agencies have determined that North Korean expanded arms cooperation with Iran since the beginning of 2011. This spring Pyongyang thus provided a highly specialized computer program that can simulate neutron fluxes to the Defense Ministry in Teheran, the Munich Sueddeutsche Zeitung newspaper reported.
