TEL AVIV — Israel's intelligence community has determined that Syria has become a waystation in the shipment of Iranian missiles and other weapons to Hamas in the Gaza Strip. The Intelligence and Terrorism Information Center said Damascus, and specifically the port at Latakia, was involved in the Iranian shipment of 50 tons of weapons for Hamas, intercepted by the Israel Navy in March.
