U.S. concerned Gadhafi could make use of WMD remnants, Scuds
WASHINGTON — The U.S. military is concerned that Libya could use its missile arsenal to attack Western cities.
A leading missile defense analyst said the regime of Col. Moammar Gadhafi has retained an arsenal of more than 100 Scud-B missiles.
