CAIRO — Al Qaida was said to have seized anti-aircraft missiles from Libya. Chad President Idriss Itno asserted that Al Qaida Organization in the Islamic Maghreb captured an undetermined number of surface-to-air missiles from an arsenal of the Libyan regime of Col. Moammar Gadhafi.
