Assad trusting Iran, Hizbullah to buttress his regime against opposition
WASHINGTON — Iran has deployed HIzbullah to enhance the regime of Syrian President Bashar Assad.
Opposition sources said Iran has directed Hizbullah to the Lebanese border with Syria. They said the Hizbullah units were assigned to block the flow of Lebanese to Syria.
