CAIRO — Morocco has been deemed an Al Qaida hub for attacks in North Africa and Europe. Officials said Moroccan authorities have gathered evidence that Al Qaida Organization in the Islamic Maghreb was using Morocco for attacks in neighboring states and in European Union countries.
