Former DNI: North Korean provocations part of consistent strategy
Former Director of National Intelligence Dennis Blair said last week that North Korea is continuing a pattern of provocations as part of a deliberate strategy.
Blair, who returned from a visit to Korea, said he is convinced the South Korean ship Cheonan that sank in March was "blown up by North Korea."
"I looked at the ship. I've been in the Navy 34 years, I talked to the investigators, and the South Koreans are pretty angry that China has chosen not to accept the results of the investigations," said Blair a retired admiral.
