In Britain, from which America broke away ("the American Revolution"), the party which has received more votes than any other, sends its member to the king or the queen to be approved as his or her prime minister. But all of that has been counterrevolutionary for the American Revolution, for which the king or queen was the acme of the counterrevolution.
According to my Britannica, when Hitler began his offensive in Europe, the British Prime Minister resigned and advised to apply to Churchill. Churchill became the new Prime Minister. My Britannica mentions no elections of any kind. Hitler stopped his offensive in Europe and invaded Russia. He was routed and committed suicide.
What had Obama done to get elected the U.S. president? What was new? Nothing, except his boyishness, despite the fact that the next year he would roll over 50 — not exactly a young boy.
I avoid using the word "black" to identify an American. The color "black" often falsely implies something negative. Besides, in the New York TV news Obama did not look "black." Well, his mother was a white woman. Yet in its huge "Barack Obama Biography," the television shows Obama, his wife, and their two children indisputably "black." The result is obvious. More "blacks" voted in the election than they did in any previous election, and they voted for Obama, of course.
Other devices of the 49-year old boy Obama were even simpler. If the future U.S. president makes medical treatment cheaper for certain Americans at the expense of other Americans, the favored Americans would vote for him.
On the other hand, I have never heard or read a word from Obama about the millitary China-Japan alliance, released by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China.
Such news may finally lead to the fear of U.S. voters that one fine day the U.S.A. may be annihilated, as General Chi predicted (he was the top military man in China, from 1993 to 2003).
Sociopolitically, the People's Republic of China, founded by Mao, was similar to the National-Socialist Germany. But Obama sees no sociopolitical chasm between post-1949 China and the United States. On the contrary, right after he became the U.S. President, he arranged for a two-day meeting between the U.S.A. and post-1949 China with declarations of mutual friendship, etc. Later he visited China, and his desire to cultivate this friendship was later obvious as well.
Obama (a potential friend of People's Republic of China) will not help to defend the United States.
The primary problem facing the United States is to be able to choose a U.S. president who would not be just more intelligent than 5 percent or 50 percent of the electorate, but who would be a combination of Roosevelt and Einstein in 1939, that is, be more intelligent than were all the governments of the world as of 1939 combined.
There had been no attempt in 1939 to decide by vote that Einstein was a man of genius. Only seven persons in the world understood him, and if all of them had voted "yes," their majority would be microscopic, compared with any actual electoral majority.
Let's face it: with respect to WWIII, the U.S. government-military leadership of genius must be at the helm for the free countries to win it or at least to survive.
When the phrase "American Revolution" came to be used, the most common principle of government was: one person (emperor, king, queen, etc.) ruled, and then one of his children succeeded. The replacement of this principle was called a "revolution." But who was to succeed the revolutionary ruler? He was to be elected. This was well before WWI. But today the outcome of WWIII may consign a country to death. The election of the succeeding ruler by general vote may be suicidal, since a majority of the population are not an Einstein, nor are they those seven people who understood Einstein. If Roosevelt had not taken Einstein's advice, the free countries would not exist as of today, and the "National-Socialist" Germany, armed with nuclear weapons, would rule the world.
To save the free countries from death in WWIII, the United States must advance beyond two centuries of its history to have the WWIII leader able to save the free countries in WWIII, as Einstein and Roosevelt were able to save them in WWII.
The United States and every other free country are a complex (and complicated) organism.
To prevent their death in WWIII, it is necessary to determine the gravest danger to their survival. I believe this is the global space warfare, whose infrastructure is being built by the People's Republic of China (perhaps with the assistance of Japan). Colonel Larry M. Wortzel (U.S. Army, ret.) presented Online his memo: THE CHINESE PEOPLE's LIBERATION ARMY AND SPACE WARFARE.
Col. Wortzel was the U.S. Army attaché in the U.S. embassy in Beijing, but so far I do not know anyone (except myself) who would pay attention to this intelligence report from Beijing.
