New Mossad chief experienced in signals intel, aerial reconnaissance
JERUSALEM — Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has named a senior intelligence official as the new director of the Mossad. The new chief was identified as Tamir Pardo, a former deputy Mossad director and technology specialist.
"The prime minister said that he is certain that Pardo is the right person to lead the Mossad in the coming years in light of the complex challenges facing the state of Israel," Netanyahu's office said
