Gulf states working closely with U.S., Interpol after parcel bomb scare

ABU DHABI — The Gulf Cooperation Council has been coordinating to respond to the latest threats by Al Qaida against the United States. The six GCC states have been working with Western and other allies to help track the movement of Al Qaida in the Arabian Peninsula in wake of a failed parcel bomb plot against the United States.
