Arms deal could make Bolivia second South American client for Iran

WASHINGTON — Iran and Bolivia have been discussing what could comprise a major military sale. Officials said Bolivia has been examining a range of Iranian-origin military and dual-use aircraft. They said this could mark Iran's first major sale to a South American country apart from Venezuela.
