Obama raised intellectual property with China, not hot-button issues

President Obama last week raised continuing U.S. concerns about Chinese violations of intellectual property during his meeting Sept. 23 in New York with Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao. North Korea’s provocative behavior and nuclear program, and China’s dispute with Japan did not come up in the meeting, seen as an indication that Obama is taking a conciliatory line on China.
