LONDON — Iran continues to resist inspections by the International Atomic Energy Agency. IAEA director-general Yukiya Amano said Teheran has blocked nuclear inspections in 2010. Amano said Iran has not backed down from its 2007 decision to ban entry to 38 agency inspectors.
