CAIRO — The Islamic opposition, preparing for the demise of the ailing President Hosni Mubarak, has decided to lower its profile. Western analysts said they expect the Muslim Brotherhood to avoid a high-profile confrontation with the Mubarak regime as Egypt prepares for parliamentary elections in October 2010.
