WASHINGTON — The Iranian-sponsored Hizbullah has increased the effectiveness of its huge missile and rocket arsenal with enhanced command and control capabilities, a report said. The Center for Strategic and International Studies asserted that Hizbullah has achieved major strides in preparing for war against Israel. In a report by former Defense Department official Anthony Cordesman, the Washington-based center said Hizbullah, along with Iran and Syria, pose a growing threat.
