WASHINGTON — A communications strategy by the White House of President Barack Obama is focusing on U.S. military relations with Israel. Administration officials have been meeting with Jewish and pro-Israeli audiences and asserting that U.S. military cooperation with Israel has never been better. They said Obama has approved an unprecedented level of U.S. military aid for Israel over the next two years.
