Deal could open way for Saudis to lead Arab world, enrich uranium
ABU DHABI — France and Saudi Arabia have been drafting an agreement that could make the Gulf kingdom the first to enrich uranium in the Arab world.
Officials said Paris and Riyad were completing a draft of a nuclear cooperation accord.
