Hasty spy swap raises concerns about secret U.S.-Russia agreement
Senior Obama administration officials defended the decision to release 10 Russian illegal spies after less than two weeks of talks between Washington and Moscow.
The rapid resolution of the spy scandal, which sent the 10 agents to Moscow in exchange for four agents imprisoned in Russia on charges of spying for the West, has raised questions about whether the administration may have reached other secret agreements with Moscow that so far have not been disclosed.
