MOSCOW — Russia has been negotiating an agreement to produce Israeli-origin unmanned aerial vehicles.
Russian industry sources said the Kremlin was overseeing an effort to win an Israeli agreement to produce several UAV platforms. They said the plan called for Russia to acquire a license to manufacture tactical and long-range UAVs from such companies as Elbit Systems and Israel Aerospace Industries.
