Iraq: New Al Qaida command weakened by lost data, leadership

BAGHDAD — The Iraqi intelligence community has determined that the new leadership of Al Qaida would be less capable than its predecessor. Officials said the new AQI leadership would be hampered by a weaker command structure and intelligence base.
