Youngest son of Kim Jong-Il elevated to Number 2 only 40 days after debut
North Korean leader Kim Jong-Il's youngest son and heir apparent Kim Jong-Un has taken the No. 2 position in the country's hierarchy, just 40 days after he made his political debut.
Kim Jong-Un, 27, was introduced to the people and mentioned for the first time in the country's media on Sept. 27 when he was given the rank of four-star general.
