Report: North Korean restaurants in China produce cash, recruit agents
North Korea is operating 60 restaurants in northern China that are producing hard currency for the regime of Kim Jong-Il, Japan's Sankei Shimbun reported June 28.
The restaurants are staffed by North Korean women who sing and dance in shows for customers. The restaurants are expanding from China to other parts of Asia.
