Reports that Iranian scientists have received help on nuclear weapons development in North Korea have strained ties between Teheran and Pyongyang. Japan’s Sankei Shimbun reported last week that the rift arose after Iran suspected that North Korea had leaked top-secret information about the Iranian scientists who visited that country.
