China is building a heavy lift helicopter, a key power-project weapon for moving troops and forces, a Chinese aviation company disclosed last month.
Zhang Hongbiao, head of the S&T Committee of China Aviation Industry Corporation II, said AVIC II was actively preparing to develop the country's heavy helicopter.
