North Korea’s official report on the Virginia Tech massacre, four days after the tragedy, did not mention that the mass murderer was a South Korean national.

The Korean Central Broadcasting Station reported April 20 that “a horrific gun crime incident broke out in the United States on 16 April, and this is causing great chaos and commotion.”

“On this day, an armed criminal ran into a university in the state of Virginia and recklessly fired at students and teaching staff while going around the dormitory and classrooms, killing as many as 32 people on the spot and injuring 15.

“Reportedly, this incident is the worst gun crime incident in the United States' history.”
