Who can awaken sleeping West to China threat? Hollywood?

Lev Navrozov emigrated from the Soviet Union in 1972 He settled in New York City where he quickly learned that there was no market for his eloquent and powerful English language attacks on the Soviet Union. To this day, he writes without fear or favor or the conventions of polite society. He chaired the "Alternative to the New York Times Committee" in 1980, challenged the editors of the New York Times to a debate (which they declined) and became a columnist for the New York City Tribune. His columns are today read in both English and Russian.

A blog item, on July 31 — If the cameraman slept in, was it news? — begins:

Week after week, Soviet emigre columnist Lev Navrozov warns a sleeping West of the rising China threat. This week he deals with the reality that no one is paying attention.

The blog item concludes that "at some point, someone may have to tell the camerapersons [as well as the rest of the media, the government, the Congress and the academia] to wake up and smell the coffee."

All this was happening before: replace "China" with "Germany" and you will observe a similar sleep of the democratic West from 1933 to 1938. Fortunately, the dictator of Germany was a total idiot as far as geostrategy is concerned. Instead of channeling all available resources into his atom bomb project, which had begun so auspiciously in Germany in 1939, he invaded Poland, as a result of which England and France were obliged under their treaties with Poland to declare war on Germany. What about Roosevelt? He ignored Einstein's letter of August 2, 1939, and he woke up only when Germany declared war on the United States in 1941.

Suffice it to read "Unrestricted Warfare," published in 1999 by two Chinese "senior colonels" to realize that the dictatorship of China combines the ancient Chinese concept of "assassin's mace" (a one-time blow that annihilates the enemy unless the enemy surrenders unconditionally) with post-nuclear superweapons, which the Chinese geostrategists call "assassin's mace weapons." On p. 224 the two "senior colonels" say: "Regardless of whether we are talking about Hitler, Mussolini, Truman, Johnson, or Saddam, none of them have successfully mastered war."

If not for Hitler's idiocy, the democratic West would have slept on until it awoke to surrender unconditionally, suddenly confronted with Hitler's nuclear bombs.

On July 30, I received an e-mail responding to that same column to which the blog referred.

In the past few years, I have received about 1000 e-mails, calling me a voice in the wilderness, and begging me to continue to try to wake up the democratic West. But what is the percentage of such Westerners in the total population of the democratic West?

The author of the e-mail of July 30, David Barton, a born and bred American, does not understand that there exists countrywide slavery (as in China) versus constitutionalism, colloquially misnamed "democracy," as in the West.

    Mr. Navrozov,
I recently visited 5-6 cities, and many factories, in China and was somewhat shocked by how much China did not fit into my preconceived notion of what I thought China was all about. To the contrary, I found China to be an amazing county with extremely friendly and customer oriented workers. Yes, I did see a lot of poverty, but the Chinese people were happier with poverty than many Americans are with all the trappings, gadgets and opportunities we have.

Mr. Barton believes that man or woman is a humanoid animal, preoccupied with human food as horses are with equine food, but able to be happy even in poverty. He thought that kids were starving in China. But during his trip he saw plenty of food on sale. What else can one wish?

Now, I have to rethink that adage of my mother "Clean your plate, kids in China are starving." I think differently of that now . . . the quality and variety of produce and meat available in open markets on the streets appears to be far superior to our selection. Eat a tomato and it tastes like a juicy tomato, not the hot house grown, tasteless green ones we get on our Wendy's hamburgers in the U.S. There are many, many more examples I could cite.

Incidentally, our family finds tomatoes in the nearest store to us in New York excellent. But what if a Chinese wants not only to eat tomatoes but also to publish a book criticizing China's form of government? For Mr. Burton this is as absurd as the desire of a draft horse to criticize the way it is treated. What about doing Falun Gong exercises? Surely they are as apolitical as tomatoes.

An American humanoid animal (a born and bred America going to live in China since his annual U.S. salary is only $55,000 and in China he is sure he will do better) explained to me that those doing Falun Gong exercises are tortured to death because Falun Gong is so popular and hence numerous that it is dangerous to China's powers that be. Never do what China powers that be may think dangerous. Eat Chinese tomatoes that Mr. Barton considers infinitely superior to American tomatoes! It is safe!

Since man or woman is a humanoid animal, that is, instead of horses eating hay, he or she eats tomatoes, the unconditional surrender of the West to Sino-Russian superweapons will merely lead to better human food and happiness even in poverty.

In 1938 such humanoid animals would have said that the Germans were happier than the Americans because German beer and sausages were superior to the corresponding American products. But in 1942 they would have to bite their tongues. No matter how constitutionalist, a country at all-out war looks askance at those who aid and abet the enemy, which is a slave state.

But in peacetime, Mr. Barton cheerfully concludes:

Overall, it was an amazing trip and I look forward to visiting China again. I wish that every American was able to visit China because it is a real eye-opener and attitude adjuster.
    All the best!
    David Barton

What if such humanoid animals account for a majority of the population of the democratic West? I have decided that a book or a radio/TV program is insufficient. Only a nationally or internationally successful film may begin to change the public mood. Hence I have written the "first short draft of a screenplay."

But what about the producer?

I am awaiting proposals and suggestions.

Anyway, a nationally or internationally successful film about the annihilation of the West by Sino-Russian superweapons (or shall we say by Sino-Russian-Western superweapons, for the West is helping China's dictatorship to develop them) seems to me the only worthwhile response to the World Tribune-Editors blog site and to David Barton's humanoid animalism.
