Palestinians are stepping up their hate campaign against Jews.

Among the latest incidents: A Gaza cleric called for more attacks on Jews in Israel, the Palestinian Authority (PA) named a major road for a terrorist who murdered two Jews and a Palestinian named his newborn son “Knife of Jerusalem” to commemorate the recent spate of stabbings.

In a sermon on Oct. 23, Gaza cleric Abu Hamza Ashur called for Palestinians to “turn [Israelis] into lifeless corpses and scattered body parts.”

Video of the sermon, posted by watchdog group MEMRI (the Middle East Media Research Institute), shows the cleric waving a suicide vest and saying the “next martyrdom operations will be carried out with explosive belts.”

“This is what awaits you. This is your nightmare. We will use it to turn you into body parts, we will annihilate you with it, we will turn you into lifeless corpses and scattered body parts.”

In calling on Palestinians to continue to attack Jews, Ashur said: “Shed their blood, pounce on them, dismember them, paralyze them, make the earth quake under their feet, trample on their heads.”

Meanwhile, the PA named a major road in the city of Surda-Abu Qash for 19-year-old terrorist Mohannad Shafid Halabi “in order to honor” him for murdering two Jews. Halabi killed Rabbi Nehemia Lavi, 41, and Aharon Banita Bennett, 21, in a stabbing attack in Jerusalem’s Old City on Oct. 3.

“This is the least we can do for Martyr Halabi,” Mayor Muhammad Hussein said, adding that naming the street after him is “intended to emphasize the national role played by municipalities. Halabi is a pride and badge of honor for the whole village.”

Halabi, who was killed by Israeli police after murdering the two Jews, had already been awarded an honorary law degree and had soil from the Temple Mount was placed at his grave.

In another MEMRI report, 31-year-old Mohammed Abu Shebika of Rafah said he had named his newborn son “Knife of Jerusalem,” explaining that it was “the least he could do” to express his support for attacks on Jews as he was unable to personally take part in the stabbing spree.

“Allah has given me a new baby, and I’ve named him ‘Knife of Jerusalem’ after the intifada of the knives, because we are now witnessing a new kind of revolution,” Abu Shebika said.

In the video that was translated by MEMRI, Abu Shebika’s friend boasted that “it was my idea and I published the post on Facebook. I felt that this would gain a lot of attention on social media.

“He was over at my shop and he told me that he was going to the hospital, because his wife was having a baby. He said that he did not know what name to give the baby. We were watching the music video ‘Lovers of Stabbing’ on TV, and I said ‘how about Knife of Jerusalem?

“This is a really sweet name,” the friend added. “It’s the least we could do for Jerusalem.”
