Al Qaida's northern Africa affiliate linked to Nigeria blast
A new Al Qaida affiliate has emerged in Africa following the bombing of a United Nations office Aug. 26.
Nigerian security officials confirmed that it received information prior to the bombing of a U.N. house in Bujia caused by a suicide bomber who blew up an explosives-filled car at the UN headquarters building. The blast killed 23 people and wounded 76.
