Rising Xi pledges to 'completely destroy' Tibet independence efforts
China's next top leader and current vice president said last week that China would destroy Tibetans seeking independence.
Xi Jinping said July 19 in the Tibetan capital of Lhasa that China will "fight" and "destroy" efforts by the Tibetan exile leader the Dalai Lama.
