Iran's covert ballistic missile tests tied to nuclear payload capability

LONDON — Iran is said to have conducted secret missile tests meant to produce a nuclear warhead. The British government has determined that Iran conducted covert ballistic missile tests in June 2011 during the annual Great Prophet exercise. A senior official told the British parliament that the tests were meant to produce and deliver a nuclear weapon.
