Petraeus: Double agent who bombed Khost CIA base 'had to be met'
New CIA Director David Petraeus has provided the first public comments on the deadly December 2009 suicide bombing of the CIA's Forward Operating Base Chapman, near Khost, Afghanistan and said better security is needed in dealing with recruited agents.
