Report: Iraq's tolerance for Iran infiltration signals weak security policy

WASHINGTON — Iraq, despite nearly a decade of U.S. military support, has been unable to stop infiltration from Iran, a report said. The Washington Institute for Near East Policy asserted that Iranians were easily crossing the border into Iraq despite the huge expansion of Baghdad's military and security forces.
