Saudis successfully contain unrest; 'Relations with U.S. were shaken
The Begin-Sadat Center for Strategic Studies said that the Saudi kingdom remained in firm control over all areas of the state. The Israeli strategic institute, in a report by researcher Joshua Teitelbaum, said Saudi King Abdullah has employed a combination of money and force to keep the opposition in line.
