China has built an armed unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) that threatens U.S. forces, the director of the Defense Intelligence Agency said last week. Army Lt. Gen. Ronald Burgess, in testimony to the Senate Armed Services Committee, warned that nations in Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Africa are "leading UAV proliferators."
