U.S. successfully tests 'Feed Over e-mail' against China's firewall
U.S. government information specialists have succeeded in developing electronic technology that can break through China's Internet firewall.
The program was outlined in a report by the Broadcasting Board of Governors, which oversees U.S. government broadcast and information dissemination activities.
