WASHINGTON — Iran has crossed a technological threshold and could take as little as weeks to turn nuclear, a report said. The Federation of American Scientists has asserted that Iran significantly increased its uranium enrichment capacity over the last year. In a report, the federation said Iran was stockpiling uranium that could be converted within weeks into nuclear weapons grade material.
