China's state-run media earlier this month accused the United States of preparing a cyber war, noting comments about the use of cyber capabilities in a new Pentagon strategy report. The Renmin Ribao also reported March 15 that the United States developed and used the Stuxnet software that was used to attack Iran's nuclear reactors by infiltrating control computers.
