Mubarak blamed State Dept. for Pakistan's deterioration, Shah's fall
LONDON — The United States has assessed that Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak was in good health as late as mid-2009.
The leaked cable also revealed that Mubarak was no fan of U.S. State Department-style diplomacy.
