Israel: Hamas 'quiet' but recruiting sleeper cells in preparation for war
TEL AVIV — Israel has assessed that Hamas was preparing cells for massive attacks inside Israel.
Officials said the National Security Agency has collected evidence of continued Hamas recruitment and financing for insurgency operations in Israel.
