TEL AVIV — Israel's General Staff has convened to discuss the prospect that the Iranian-sponsored Hizbullah would overthrow the government in Beirut. Officials said Hizbullah would be driven by any indictment of a United Nations-tribunal that has been investigating the assassination of former Prime Minister Rafik Hariri in 2005.
