AQAP strategy: Bleed West with 'smaller, more frequent operations'
ABU DHABI — For the first time, a leading Al Qaida network has outlined its strategy against the West.
Al Qaida in the Arabian Peninsula has released a statement that it would continue attacks on the West from Yemen and the surrounding region. AQAP said its strategy was meant to bleed the West financially through numerous strikes.
