LONDON — Saudi Arabia, in an effort coordinated with Syria, has been steadily reducing support for Lebanese Prime Minister Saad Hariri. Arab diplomatic sources said Hariri has been receiving messages from the Saudi royal family that indicated the end of Riyad's support for the pro-Western prime minister.
