Mullen concerned about China's 'very aggressive' maritime moves
Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Adm. Mike Mullen warned that China's military is building up forces at the same time its navy is taking aggressive action in the South China, East China and Yellow seas.
“It's what I don't know, more than anything else,” Mullen said of the buildup during a meeting with reporters on Sept. 29.
