NICOSIA — Iran's elite Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps entered Iraq in an operation against Kurdish insurgents. IRGC said the insurgents were believed to have been responsible for a bombing at a military parade in Mahabad in which at least 12 people were killed on Sept. 22.
