NASA, Israel Space Agency agree to 'expand scientific exchanges'

WASHINGTON — Israel and the United States have signed a space cooperation agreement. The Israel Space Agency has signed an accord with the U.S. agency NASA that would expand cooperation in civilian space activities. The so-called joint statement of intent was signed on Aug. 10 during a visit to Washington by ISA director-general Zvi Kaplan.
